For production application scenarios requiring relatively gentle surface treatment, the suction fed blasting cabinet is equipped with advanced functions.
The suction-type sandblasting cabinet is equipped with a side door and a split-type top opening, and the entire upper half of the cabinet can be opened. It is hinged along the back, allowing the top part to rotate upward and backward to provide full access to the interior—this is also known as a clamshell opening.
This spacious access area enables users to load heavy items using a forklift or crane and provides a larger sandblasting area, as users are not restricted by the size of the side door. This feature, combined with the heavy-duty materials we use, makes DISA equipment highly popular among customers who need to sandblast large and heavy items. All split-top cabinets are equipped with a spring-assisted mechanism, allowing a single operator to open them easily.
Suction blast cabinet CS0812
This blasting cabinet adopts a clamshell design for easy loading of workpieces. It is characterized by a backrest welded to the equipment to enhance strength and stability. The window is also easy to replace, and the hopper door simplifies the replacement of media. Foot-operated switches, ceramic blast nozzles, blasting guns, and a dust collector with a capacity of 30m³/min or L/min) are standard configurations.

Suction blast cabinet CSD1015
The double-station clamshell design combined with side access functionality makes loading and unloading operations for this large-capacity equipment easy and straightforward. The lower hopper door facilitates quick replacement of abrasive media, while the protective gloves with lining provide operators with comfortable and safe working protection.
The standard configuration includes fluorescent lighting, tungsten carbide nozzles, air nozzles, a foot-operated switch, a sandblasting gun, and a dust collector, all of which ensure excellent visibility during operation.
