1. International Service Technician – Sandblasting Equipment
Location: Disa Surface Treatment Technology, Qingdao, China
Disa Surface Treatment Technology, based in Qingdao, is a leading metal processing company specialized in the design and production of industrial blasting machines for surface treatment. With operations across China and expanding into Southeast Asia markets, Disa is a prominent player in the Asian surface preparation industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Independent installation of complete sandblasting and shot peening systems across China and Asia-Pacific region
- Autonomous execution of repair work on blast cabinets and shot blasting equipment in Chinese manufacturing facilities
- Assembly work on surface treatment machinery in Qingdao workshop facilities
- Maintenance of compressed air systems and metallizing equipment for Chinese clients
- Technical support for spray booth installations and powder coating systems in automotive and shipbuilding industries
Requirements:
- Technical education in mechanical engineering or equivalent Chinese technical qualification
- Experience with sandblasting machines, blast rooms, or surface preparation equipment preferred
- Electrical/electronics background advantageous for automated blasting systems
- Valid Chinese driving license required for domestic service calls
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English languages
- Team player with excellent communication skills for customer interaction in Chinese market
- Flexible, positive attitude toward surface treatment technology development
- Willingness to learn about complete blasting media and coating solutions for Chinese manufacturing sector

2. Surface Treatment Engineer – Blast Room Design
Location: Disa International Technology, Qingdao, China
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer custom blast room systems for Chinese heavy industrial applications
- Calculate compressed air requirements for large-scale sandblasting operations in shipyards and steel mills
- Develop technical specifications for automated shot blasting installations for Chinese automotive sector
- Collaborate with Chinese clients on surface preparation project requirements and GB standards compliance
- Optimize dust collection systems for industrial blasting facilities in compliance with Chinese environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Chinese university qualification
- Knowledge of abrasive blasting processes, shot peening technology, and metallizing systems applicable to Chinese industry standards
- Experience with CAD software for blast cabinet and spray booth design, preferably AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Understanding of powder coating processes and thermal spray applications for Chinese manufacturing sector
- Familiarity with Chinese GB standards for surface treatment and knowledge of maritime industry requirements in Qingdao region
3. Production Specialist – Metallizing & Coating Equipment
Location: Disa International Technology, Qingdao, China
Job Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assembly of thermal spray metallizing equipment
- Production of compressed air systems for surface preparation applications
- Quality control testing of shot blasting machines and blast cabinets
- Assembly of automated powder coating systems and spray booth components
- Preparation of blasting media handling equipment
Requirements:
- Technical background in metalworking or surface treatment manufacturing
- Experience with metallizing processes, thermal spraying, or coating applications
- Knowledge of compressed air system components and industrial automation
- Familiarity with sandblasting equipment assembly and shot peening systems
- Quality-focused approach to surface preparation machinery production
