Internal blasting machine
Straaltechniek International is the designer and manufacturer of internal blasting installations. These blasting installations are specially designed for efficient processing of the inside of parts in large quantities. Often, the best solution depends on the size or length of the part. It is often fitted with rotating and oscilating lances, which blast or peen the inside of the part. We will discuss with your team the following options and features in order to be able to think of the proper blasting cabinet for you:
- Weight, dimensions and shape of the part to be processed
- Type of media to be used. This depends, for example, on the surface pollution (e.g. corrosion) on the part to be blasted
- With the help of our PLC programming experts, we can write any program for you
- Sound and paint type requirements
- Automated lance movements
- A proper evaluation whether to choose pressure- or suction blasting
