Storing your abrasive
The elevator takes the abrasive from the lowest level to the highest level in the abrasive recovery system. The abrasive is then poured into the cleaner. The cleaner takes care of the dedusting of the abrasive. Optionally, a vibrating screen is mounted on the cleaner which ensures that there are gross contaminants are removed. The silo buffers the cleaned abrasive for use in the blast pot.
This image shows such a silo.
We prefer a dust-proof connection between silo and blast pot
This way, your blast cabinet and technical area remain dust-free
Our largest silos are suitable for 20 cubic meters of abrasive
For this, we of course make strength calculations, because such a silo contains 100.000 kilograms of blasting media!
